Endorsement
Teachers of the Deaf Endorsement and Professional Development Project
The Kansas School for the Deaf and the Kansas State Department of Education have partnered to support licensed teachers seeking an endorsement in Deaf Education. Through the Kansas Technical Assistance System Network (TASN), this project helps fund coursework toward a Teacher of the Deaf (TOD) endorsement in Kansas.
The program also provides mentoring support for up to three years, helping educators build skills and successfully serve students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
