State and Regional Programs

  • The Kansas Deaf-Blind Project is part of the Kansas State School for the Blind (KSSB) and is located on its campus. It provides training, technical assistance, and resources to support children and youth who are deaf-blind, along with their families and service providers across Kansas.
  • Helen Keller National Center (HKNC)HKNC supports individuals who are deaf-blind from adolescence through adulthood. A regional representative helps connect individuals, families, and professionals to services, training, and resources.
