Any Kansas school which employs CDL drivers, with the CDL being a condition of their employment, shall comply with all applicable Federal Drug and Alcohol testing, training and record keeping requirements found in 49 CFR part 40 and 49 CFR Part 382.

Is a secure, online database maintained by FMCSA (Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration) for CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and CLP (Commercial Learner's Permit) holders. It provides real-time information about drug and alcohol program violations, including positive test results, test refusals, and information related to the return-to-duty process. Any Kansas school which employs CDL drivers is required to register and maintain an account in the clearinghouse.
