Kansas school district transportation departments and local jurisdictions can apply for grants that lower the costs of installing propane dispensers for the operation of paratransit bus fleets through the Propane Marketers Association of Kansas (PMAK) Foundation.
Eligible applicants may receive a rebate of up to $10,000 per site to cover the infrastructure expenses such as concrete pads, electrical work, conduit, signage, and related site preparation necessary to place a propane dispenser into service.
Submit the application attached below to Becky Schwartz, becky@pmak.org. She can also be reached at (785) 354-1749 to answer questions.
