TASN School Mental Health Initiative offers two workshops in late September

The Kansas Technical Assistance System Network (TASN) is offering two in-person workshops in late September. 

The “Mindfulness and School-Based Yoga: Tools for the Classroom” workshops for school community professionals are an introduction to the five-element methodology with practices to enhance personal and child/youth well-being. The following sessions will help participants understand how to support these practices at the individual level while engaging in a community of practice with other professionals: 

  • Sept 24: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Bishop Professional Development Center, Bishop Educational Center, 3601 S.W. 31st, in Topeka. Register here: https://ksdetasn.org/events/j-rhvQ
