Save-the-date: "Innovative Next Steps: PreK-12 Learning" conference slated for April

Mark your calendars for "Innovative Next Steps: PreK-12 Learning" Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Bethany College, in Lindsborg.  

This interactive, intergenerational conference is a unique opportunity for veteran educators, college pre-service teachers, and high school youth considering a career in education. Presenters will provide practical, innovative techniques and concepts in the field of education.  

Attendees will have an opportunity to earn affordable graduate credit, obtain professional development points, collaborate and network with other educators, and learn more about a career in education. 

The conference threads include the following:   

  • AI in education 
  • The science of reading 
  • Academic and behavioral interventions 

 

A wide variety of presentations outside of the threads will also be available to attendees. 

Don't miss out on the early registration rate of $40. Students can register for $10. All registrations include admission to the conference, lunch, and a Bethany swag bag.   

Teachers can elect to enroll in a two-hour graduate course associated with the conference for $150/credit hour.
