The Kansas Volunteer Commission and Mentor Kansas are collecting information on youth mentoring programs operated by school districts.
Your responses will help us understand the scope of programming and identify potential areas for improvement and support. Additionally, we want to identify school districts interested in participating in a school-based mentoring cohort in 2026, which will include training, toolkit, coaching and start-up funding.
Participation in this brief survey is optional, but encouraged. The survey is open until Oct. 31.
