The KSDE teacher licensure team has announced the Fall Vacancy Report (FVR) trainings for August and September.
Systems can begin entering data for the Fall Vacancy Report (FVR) and the Licensed Personnel Report (LPR) for the 2025-26 school year into the Educator Data Collection System (EDCS). Systems also have access to submit the FVR anytime on or before Sept. 25.

Registration is open for the annual Counting KIDS workshops in August and September.
These sessions are led by Laurel Murdie, KSDE director of fiscal auditing, and Kyle Lord, KSDE assistant director of information technology.
*Please note: Since Sept. 20, 2025, falls on a Saturday, Count Day moves to the first school day following Sept. 20, which is Monday, Sept. 22.
