The submission window closes Friday, Oct. 31, to complete the Dropout Graduation Summary Report (DGSR).
This report provides all schools and districts an opportunity to review and certify their dropout and graduation data. Any school/district that does not submit this report by Oct. 31 will - by default - have its data considered as accurate. All schools should review their DGSR now to ensure they have no unresolved exits. Any unresolved exits in grades 7-12 not corrected will automatically become dropouts for that school once the DGSR closes.
Please note: All schools must sign off on the DGSR, including elementary or middle schools with no unresolved exits or dropouts. To help staff navigate this report, refer to the DGSR user manual and training webinar. This guidance is available on the KSDE graduation webpage.
Contact the Careers, Standards and Assessment Services (CSAS) DGSR helpdesk at (785) 296-4924, or Julie Ewing at (785) 296-2325 with questions.
