The deadline to submit the survey for fiscal year 2024 annual reporting for Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) funds is March 7.
Completion of this report is mandatory to ensure districts continue to receive federal funds without interruption.
The Qualtrics link to the survey has been sent via the ESSER listserv. If a district did not receive the email, contact KSDE ESSER staff at esser@ksde.gov to request it.

If a district received notification their survey has been completed but they haven’t submitted it, contact KSDE ESSER staff immediately, and a new link will be provided.
Districts should contact ESSER staff for a PDF copy of their 2023 annual report.
