All district state aid requests for December must be submitted by Friday, Nov. 10.
The web application is open on the KSDE Authentication portal.
To submit, go to the log-in screen, and enter your username and password. Click on LEA Forms, and then click on State Aid Request for December. Next, click on Create New Report for 2024.
On the screen to request State Foundation Aid for December, your payment is already calculated. If you request additional funds, please enter the justification.
Please note: The calculated payment includes additional amounts requested for the December 2022 (FY23) payment. If you are requesting additional funds for December 2023 (FY24 payment), please take this into account.
