The Kansas State Department of Education’s Teacher Licensure team has the following message for Licensed Personnel Report Contacts (LPRCs):

You are currently able to enter your data for the Licensed Personnel Report (LPR) into the Educator Data Collection System (EDCS). You won’t be able to submit it at this time, but it is always best practice to get an early start.

EDCS will be open for submission of the LPR from Jan. 1, 2024, to March 4, 2024.

Any LPRCs who would like a training session, whether in person or via Zoom, contact Leslie Bruton at lbruton@ksde.org or call (785) 296-8011. Now is a good time to schedule a visit because things will get busy once EDCS opens for submissions.

If the current LPRC is not listed in the district’s directory, please get that updated to avoid missing out on batch emails containing important deadlines and helpful hints for completing the LPR.
