Submit State Aid Request for November by Friday, Oct. 13

All districts must submit State Aid Request for November by Friday, Oct. 13. 

The web application is currently open on the KSDE Authentication portal.  

On the login screen, enter your username and password. 

  • Click on LEA Forms. 
  • Click on State Aid Request for November. 
  • Click on Create New Report for 2024. 


On the screen to request State Foundation Aid for November, your payment is already calculated. If you request additional funds for November, please enter justification.  

Please note: The calculated payment includes additional amounts requested for November 2022 (fiscal year 2023 payment). If you are requesting additional funds for November 2023 (fiscal year 2024 payment), please take this into account.
