If you’re ready to enroll in a certification program, you’ll find many colleges and universities in Kansas with state-approved options. Upon completing a program and meeting all content requirements, you can apply for an initial educator license to begin your teaching career in Kansas.
Kansas colleges and universities offer both undergraduate and graduate-level teacher preparation programs. These programs include coursework on teaching methods and hands-on classroom experience, allowing candidates to work directly with students in schools.
