KSDE has opened applications statewide to districts for the Kansas Registered Teacher Apprenticeship (RTA) program. To assist districts in learning more about the program and its potential, KSDE is hosting an informational Zoom meeting for districts to gain more information about the program.
On Thursday, May 9, at 4 p.m., KSDE’s Shane Carter, director of Teacher Licensure, and Dr. Joel Gillaspie, a Teacher Licensure coordinator, will be available to answer questions, discuss the program and assist any district leadership and their potential apprentices interested in the Kansas Registered Teacher Apprenticeship.
The meeting can be accessed here: https://ksde.zoom.us/j/89518729747.
