Save the date for the Kansas Digital Learning Conference in February.
The conference will take place Feb. 15-16 at the Andover eCademy, 1411 N. Main in Andover.
Attendees will be able to choose from three to four daily breakout sessions covering a variety of content and topics, including building community, special education, effective Tier 2 and 3 interventions in a virtual setting, project-based learning and more. There also will be a panel discussion with veteran virtual school directors, a question-and-answer session with Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) staff members and time set aside for collaboration.
This year’s event will also include information on alternative education, so districts are encouraged to bring alternative staff members to the conference.
The cost to attend is $100. More information on registration and lodging will be available soon and will be shared in a future KSDEweekly newsletter.
The conference is sponsored by the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE), Greenbush Education Service Center, Orion Education and Training and the Kansas Technical Assistance System Network (TASN).
