Important reminders from the KSDE Special Education and Title Services (SETS) team

The KSDE Special Education and Title Services (SETS) team provides the following deadline reminders: 

  • Local Consolidated Plan (LCP) annual reports must be finalized as soon as possible.  
  • LCP applications are due Sept 30. 
    • Private school consultation forms are due Sept. 30.   
    • Schoolwide forms are due Sept 30.   
    • All forms must be submitted to complete the LCP application for review.
